Who we are
Storm Digital Studio is a content production and marketing studio based in Mississauga, Ontario, serving the Greater Toronto Area. You can reach us at hi@stormdigital.studio.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms: your name, contact details (email, phone or Instagram handle), your city, and anything you write about your project or application. When you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, scope and quote projects, review talent and crew applications, and schedule calls and shoots. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored on our website and sent to our business email. Booking details are stored by Calendly. Our site is hosted with a third-party provider, and these services may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we need them to work with you or to consider your application, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hi@stormdigital.studio. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Our website and the services built into it (such as video hosting and Calendly) may use cookies needed for the site to work. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
